The country’s first red-themed wax museum—Gutian “Catching Fire Starts a Prairie Fire” themed wax museum

In the Gutian Conference Scenic Area, the national red education base, a wax museum focusing on red revolutionary culture is particularly eye-catching. The wax museum uses sound, light, and other installation arts to reproduce important historical scenes during the Chinese Communist Revolution, attracting many tourists.

It is the country's first red-themed wax museum - the Gutian "Sparking Fire" themed wax museum. It is located in Gutian Town, Gujiao New District, Longyan City, covering an area of more than 2,000 square meters. It had a grand opening on October 1, 2014.

The museum is divided into "Gutian Conference", "Jinggangshan Reunion", "Red Army in Soviet Area", "Flying to Capture Luding Bridge", "Crossing the Grassland", "Climbing Snow Mountain", "Red Army in Yan'an" and "New China Spirit" A total of more than 100 life-sized, hyper-realistic wax figures are on display in nine areas including "Going to the World" and "Going to the World".

It is the first in China to tell the story of the Red Revolution and inherit the revolutionary spirit in the form of wax figures.

Due to the one-to-one hyper-realistic characteristics of the wax figure prototypes, each wax figure has been carefully designed and carved to be almost identical to the prototype, so lifelike that it is difficult to tell whether it is genuine or not.

What is even more surprising is that the staff of the wax museum are all wearing specially customized costumes. Some staff simply dress up as wax figures and interact with visitors, making the atmosphere much more relaxed.

The wax figures in the wax museum are all made by opening curtains. As China's leading wax figure production brand, its wax figure materials and production standards are leading in the country. The wax figures in the exhibition hall are made of polymer silica gel, which is not easily damaged. Visitors can have close contact with the wax figures to enhance interaction and experience.

The museum has also specially prepared costumes for tourists to participate in interactive scenes. Visitors can put on special costumes and learn about the hardships of the revolution, learn the history of the revolution, and inherit the spirit of the revolution in a relaxed and interesting atmosphere.
